If you can’t find your past conversations or progress, it usually means you’re logged in with a different email or Apple ID than the one used during signup.
Voiced does not merge accounts automatically. Signing up again with a new email or login method creates a separate account.
Please try the following:
Log out of the app.
Log back in using the original email used at checkout.
If you used “Sign in with Apple,” make sure you select the same Apple ID and “Hide My Email” option used originally.
If you use multiple email addresses, check which one received your original payment confirmation.
If you're unsure which email was used, contact support with the last 4 digits of your card and approximate signup date, and we’ll help locate your account.
