Voiced subscriptions are billed in one of two ways:
Through Apple (if purchased inside the app)
Through Stripe (if purchased via website)
If you subscribed inside the Voiced app (Apple): Open the Voiced app, go to Settings → Account → Manage Subscription → Cancel your subscription from there. You will receive cancellation confirmation directly from Apple.
If you subscribed via website or ad: Open the Voiced app, go to Settings → Account → Manage Subscription → Cancel your subscription from there.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Your current billing period remains active until its end date. If you canceled through Apple but are still seeing charges, you may have created a second subscription using a credit/debit card. Contact support and we’ll resolve this.
If you're having trouble accessing the app, contact support and we will cancel your subscription for you.
