How do I request a refund?

Voiced subscriptions may be billed through Apple or directly via credit/debit card (Stripe).

Free trials automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the renewal date shown at checkout.

If you paid through Apple:

Refunds must be requested directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you paid via our website:

Please email support and include:

  • The email used for signup

  • The last 4 digits of your card

  • Your reason for the request
