How do I request a refund?

If you paid through Apple, you’ll need to request a refund via Apple’s system:

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com → Sign in → Find your Voiced purchase → Request a refund.

For direct credit card purchases (Stripe), please send us an email and include your email address used for the subscription, payment receipt and the reason for your refund request. Please refer to our terms of service for details of our refund and cancellation policy: https://joinvoiced.com/tos
