My payment failed — what should I do?

If your payment didn’t go through:

  1. Check that your card details and billing address are up to date.

  2. If subscribed via Apple, open the App Store → Account → Subscriptions to retry payment.

  3. For direct Stripe subscriptions, visit the link in your most recent invoice email to update payment info.

Once updated, payments usually retry automatically within 24 hours.
