Voiced subscriptions are billed in one of two ways:
Apple (App Store) — if you subscribed inside the Voiced app
Web (direct credit/debit card) — if you subscribed through our website.
Charges processed through the web may appear on your bank statement as “Pelago AI Inc.”
You can confirm your billing provider by checking your original purchase email, bank statement or under Voiced App > Settings > Account > Manage my subscription
It is also possible to accidentally create two subscriptions if you subscribe both inside the app (Apple) and via website.
